Checking in
Address: Malmvägen 2 B 1 floor, to the right of main entrance to Sollentuna Mässan. Check-in Monday – Friday 10.00 am – 15.00 pm.
Address to the Apartments: malmvägen 2 A next to the main entrance to the Fair.
Checking in when the office is closed is only possible after special agreements.

Checking out:
Lock your apartments and drop your key into the apartments through your mailbox on the door.

Payment:
Payment when checking in or invoice after that we checked your credit.

2- ROOM APARTMENT: MAX 3 PERSONS STAYING
5- ROOM APARTMENT: MAX 6 PERSONS STAYING

TERMS OF CANCELATIONS:

Cancellations policy: 1 apartment/ multiple apartments

1 apartment:
Bookings for up to 7 days, latest 17:00 one day prior to arrival.
Booking for 2 to 4 weeks, latest 7 days prior to arrival.
Bookings of more than 4 weeks or 30 days, 14 days prior to arrival.

if cancellation is not done in the above time line, Sollentuna Apartments hotell have right to charge the full price.

Cancellation after arrival:
Staying longer than 1 week but less than 1 month, cancellation of booked days is needed with 7 days notice before departure.
Staying more than one month cancellation of booked days needed with 14 days notice before departure.
Cancellation according to these rules is free of charge, all other cancellations will be charged 100% of booked value.
